The Department of Instructional Technology is pleased to offer a Help Desk for Faculty and Staff to contact when they have a need for technology assistance in the District.  To submit a "ticket", please simply send an email to helpdesk@johnsburg12.org.  Your request will then be evaluated by the Department and assigned to a workload.
